Winemaking
From grape
to bottle
The grapes are picked early in the morning to retain maximum freshness before being whole‑cluster pressed.
The cold‑settled juice is fermented in a combination of French oak foudres, concrete tanks, and stainless steel. Partial malolactic fermentation and extended lees contact provide a round, full-bodied texture and a creamy mouthfeel.
