Chardonnay
This Chardonnay has an elegant straw yellow colour in the glass with beautiful golden strokes. Notes of citrus fruit, green apples and melted butter flow from its aroma. In the mouth the wine is experienced as creamy and deliciously full-bodied without being bombastic. The same notes as in the fragrance can be detected in the taste, supplemented with a good balance of sweet and sour. This is a pleasant and harmonious wine, where the oak is well integrated in a long and lingering aftertaste.

Shiraz-Merlot
Silverboom Shiraz-Merlot is a particularly soft and full-bodied wine with plenty of South Africa's sunshine and warmth in every glass. In the fragrance there is a wealth of wild berries and liquorice together with a fine hint of spice. In the taste, you are met with the same tones as from the fragrance, supplemented here by the complex flavour of pepper and fine, firm tannins together with a long lingering aftertaste. Silverboom can be enjoyed right away but can also tolerate being stored for up to five years from its harvest year.

Silverboom Sauvignon Blanc has a tempting clear golden colour. It is a crisp and fruit driven wine with flavours of gooseberry, green apples, and citrus. A well-structured Sauvignon Blanc with slightly mineral scents and a nice lingering aftertaste.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Silverboom Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is intense deep red in the glass with a dark, almost black hue. In its aroma you are met with a wealth of red and black berries such as blackcurrants, strawberries and blueberries. In the mouth the wine is experienced as full-bodied and concentrated with a classic Cabernet Sauvignon character.
